Store Closures

To our valued customers, employees and members of the public.

It is no secret that the current brick-and-mortar retail marketplace has not been a thriving sector of the Canadian economy, and this has unfortunately rung true for Things Engraved. Because of this, it is with great sadness that we have regrettably been forced to shut down our store locations.  Our online store will remain open until further notice. 

Since our founding in 1982, Things Engraved has worked hard to serve Canadians across the country, a relationship that we have always valued and will continue to do our best to honour through our wind down process.

For our employees, although this outcome is not what we wanted, we are doing our best to support you through this difficult time. With every day in operation at this point costing more money than we were making, time was of the essence in addressing this loss quickly so that we could ensure the availability of funds to meet our statutory obligations to our employees, notably pay in lieu of notice requirements. Our employees remain a priority during this trying time.

For our customers with outstanding orders that we were not able to communicate with this past week, foremost, we would like to thank you for your patronage. We are committed to minimizing the disruption that our closure has had on your lives. If you still have items at one of our locations that was left for engraving, please email us at customerservice@thingsengraved.ca with a description of the item and which location it was left at. We will work with mall management to do everything we can to retrieve your item for you.

It is with a heavy heart that we had to make this difficult decision and move this swiftly, and we thank our customers and employees for all of your support these past 38 years.
