We are happy to exchange, refund or offer a gift card for non-personalized purchases that are returned within 60 days in original condition/packaging and accompanied by a sales receipt.
Items returned without a sales receipt are eligible for a gift card or exchange, valued at the current selling price.
Purchases made in-store or at a kiosk must be returned in person to determine refund status. Online purchases can be returned to any store location with a copy of the order invoice.
