Refund policy

We are happy to exchange, refund or offer a gift card for non-personalized purchases that are returned within 60 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt and in original condition and packaging. 

Items returned without the original receipt are eligible for a gift card or exchange, valued at the current selling price. 

Purchases made in-store or at a kiosk must be returned in person to determine refund status. Online purchases can be returned to any store location with a copy of the order invoice.
