Refund policy

We believe in our products. We believe in our service. We believe in you. This is why our exchange and refund policy offers you the following: We would be happy to exchange, refund or offer you a Gift Card for purchases that meet all of the following criteria:

-Returned within 60 days of purchase
-Accompanied by a receipt
-In original condition and packaging
-Non-engraved or embroidered items only

Should a receipt not be present, we would be happy to offer a Gift Card or exchange for non-engraved product returned in its original condition and packaging. The current selling price will be the value that is applied.

If you made a purchase in a retail store or kiosk, please return to the store to determine your return/refund status. If you made a purchase online you may also go to a store location near you (with a copy of your invoice) and seek return/refund information. Or you may contact customer service at 1-800-363-5053 (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm [Eastern Time]) or email customer service (customerservice@thingsengraved.ca).

Certain products or personalization services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or personalization services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. All sales of items marked or promoted as 'Clearance' or ‘Last Call’ or ‘Grand Finale’ or substantially similar are final and are excluded from exchange privileges. Promotional offers of free items with purchase are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify, edit, or cancel orders in such cases where website functionality may inadvertently allow more than one free item to be given to a customer making multiple separate purchases.

Preference exchanges and other similar non-warranty based product exchanges are limited to one per product. Multiple non-warranty preference exchanges for the same item or item style by the same customer are prohibited. After such exchange, the sale is considered final and no more non-warranty exchanges or returns are allowed for the same product.

If at any time the specific terms and conditions applicable to a specific promotion, offer, or event conflict with our Return Policy or other general polices, including the Terms contained herein, then those terms and conditions specific to the promotion, offer, or event shall apply as posted.
